Deine Aufgaben

Betätigung in verschiedenen Arbeitsbereichen:
- Reklamationsabwicklung - Entscheidung über Reparaturen und Wartungen an den Produkten unserer Kunden weltweit über ein webgestütztes System
- Ersatzteilverkauf – Abwicklung von Bestellungen aus dem Webshop
Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung, Ersatzteilbeschaffung, interne Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen sowie Beantwortung technischer Fragen unserer Kunden
Prozessüberwachung bis zur Lieferung
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten
Datenpflege im Webshop

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung und hast eventuell bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich After Sales Service
Ein technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientiertes Denken
Du hast kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
Sehr gute und sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
Du bist belastbar, kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und bringst Eigeninitiative mit

Your tasks

Activity in various work areas:
- Processing of warranty claims - making decisions about repairs and maintenance on our customers' products worldwide via our web-based system
- Spare parts sales - processing of all orders from our web shop
Quotation preparation, order processing, spare parts procurement, internal communication with various departments and answering technical questions from our customers
Process monitoring up to the delivery
Communication with suppliers
Data maintenance in the web shop

Your profile

You have a technical education and may already have experience in after sales service
A good technical understanding and solution-orientated thinking
You have basic business knowledge and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
advanced english skills in writing and speech
You are resilient, a strong communicator and a team player
