Deine Aufgaben

• Personalführung
• Personalplanung mit Kapazitäts-, Urlaubs- und Schichtplanung sowie Überwachung der Zeitkonten der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
• Ausbildung und Schulung des Personals
• Umsetzung disziplinarischer Maßnahmen
• Selbstständige und systemgestützte Verwaltung von Wareneingang und Kommissionierung
• Sicherstellung der fach- und termingerechten Warenannahme und Kommissionierung unter Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Fristen und Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften
• Entwicklung von Methoden zur Optimierung
• Einstellen der richtigen Lagerparameter
• Organisation der Warenprüfung auf Qualität und Quantität
• Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen in den Bändern

Dein Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
• Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und für Flurförderfahrzeuge (Gabelstapler)
• Engagiert, zuverlässig und körperlich belastbar
• gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
• geradlinige, konsequente, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• einen sicheren Umgang mit ERP-System und Office-Produkten bzw. Bereitschaft diese Kenntnisse zu erwerben
• MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Outlook)
• Kenntnisse im Arbeits-,Gesundheits- und Brandschutz
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

- Personnel management
- Personnel planning with capacity, holiday and shift planning as well as monitoring employees' time accounts
- Staff education and training
- Implementation of disciplinary measures
- Independent and system-supported management of incoming goods and order picking
- Ensuring the correct and timely receipt of goods and order picking in compliance with legal requirements, deadlines and health and safety regulations
- Developing methods for optimisation
- Setting the correct warehouse parameters
- Organising the inspection of goods for quality and quantity
- Communicating with those responsible in the assembly lines

Requirements

- Successfully completed training in warehouse logistics or comparable vocational training
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Class B driving licence and for industrial trucks (forklift trucks)
- Committed, reliable and physically resilient
- Good communication skills
- Reliability, accuracy, ability to work in a team
- Straightforward, consistent, goal-orientated and independent way of working
- Confident handling of ERP system and Office products or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety and fire protection
- German and English language skills
